This includes the software and licence for one PC, one USB fingerprint reader and the first year’s after-sales support service for all supplied hardware and software. Installation, Service & Support Touch Registration is quick and easy to install and comes complete with a comprehensive installation and user manual. However, if required, installation assistance can be arranged at a cost of £300/day (including expenses) and training sessions can be organised at a cost of £350/day (including expenses). After the first year there is an annual cost for the service and support contract of 20% of the total initial cost of the software and 25% of the cost of the hardware. |
