Registration: After-sales Service & Support
We offer a full after-sales support service for
all Touch Registration systems. Remote access to the Administrator’s
PC is required to support the data and software package.
The purchase price includes the first year’s
support for all supplied software and hardware. After the first
year the annual cost of your support contract
is based on a percentage of the original cost of the software and
hardware. This support contract is required to ensure you receive
updates and improvements to the system and that you can continue
to use the services of our engineers should you have any problems.
Users can log-in to our on-line Helpdesk
where they can access our Help files, report a problem, track it’s
progress or request support. We have built up a good reputation
for prompt and efficient responses to our customer’s needs.
