On a school trip a designated supervisor can send a text message to the
TXTRound computer using a 5-digit code and TXTRound will send out the
text message to parents on the supervisor's behalf. Parents are instantly
informed without disclosing the teacher's mobile number.
... On school clubs & events
TXTRound can be used to notify parents that an after-school club is cancelled
or to send out a reminder about a school event.
To check that the message has reached everyone it was intended for, simply check the 'Sent Items Report' to see the delivery status of every single message. Those that are undelivered can then be followed up by telephone.
